What is K10?
An online English school for entrepreneurs, professionals and university students who are already good at what they do and need their English to match: to negotiate, present, lead and grow.
How do classes work?
Classes are live and online, with a teacher, and last 45 minutes (45 to 60 in Immersion Circle). They follow a structured plan for your level and goal, with the same teacher whenever possible.
Do I need to know English already?
No. We start by assessing your current level. K10 welcomes students at every stage, from beginner to advanced.
Are classes one-to-one or in groups?
Both. Foundation is in groups of up to 6. Executive Accelerator has groups of 2 to 3. Immersion Circle is one-to-one, with a dedicated teacher.
How much does it cost?
Foundation: 25,000 Kz/month for the first cohorts (standard price 30,000 Kz/month). Executive Accelerator: 45,000 Kz/month (standard price 55,000 Kz/month). Immersion Circle: 90,000 Kz/month (standard price 120,000 Kz/month). Payment is by Multicaixa Express, and students outside Angola can pay in foreign currency.
Can I take classes from any province?
Yes. Classes are 100% online: all you need is a stable internet connection and a computer or phone, whether you're in Luanda, Benguela, Huambo or outside Angola.
Can I try before I enrol?
Yes. The trial class includes a diagnosis of your level and costs 3,000 Kz (Foundation), 5,500 Kz (Executive Accelerator) or 12,000 Kz (Immersion Circle). That way, your assessment gets the care it deserves.
Who are the teachers?
Our teachers have degrees in English Literature or real lived experience in English-speaking countries. Our teaching is supported by an educational consultant from the UK, with an MSci in Psychology and Language Sciences from UCL and a PGCE from the University of Birmingham.
How will I know I'm improving?
Every four classes you get a written update on WhatsApp, the Confidence Tracker, showing what has improved and what comes next. When you move up a CEFR level, you receive a certificate of achievement.
Is the website level test reliable?
It's a starting point. It measures grammar and vocabulary, not speaking. Your final level is confirmed in a conversation with your teacher during the trial class.
